Upon enter Le Marquis D’Epoque , manoeuvre flat and go down the stairs . Once player receive a U - Invent machine ahead , go right and then reverse right . Keep sound straight then make a quick left hand to see a room filled with cigar . Alongside the cigars will be a force to the People machine .
The fifth post will be found in Sinclair Spirits . Enter the room and turn left , there should be weewee fall from the cap with a door behind it . for get to the door , caput towards the buffet on the opposite side of the room . Behind the counter should be a push . Press the button to get at the room access , then guide downstairs . The machine should be right in front of players . However , players should be discourage : after using this machine , the eerie stations should start follow to sprightliness and aggress the histrion . The Plastered Splicers do not make any sound and attack in complete silence .
While in Fort Frolic , it ’s important to retrieve to let Stephen Cohen live . While the player does have the option to belt down Cohen now , this will later embarrass players from getting the 9th Power to the People station . rent Cohen populate , for now , and kill him later .
Hephaestus
The sixth Power to the People station is in Hephaestus Core . This station is located across from the Gatherer ’s Garden on the southwest quoin of the inwardness .
