The interlocking at the top of Black Widow ’s raw costume is a nice court to the original costume the fictitious character wore . While Natasha ’s original looking had one of the more hilarious looking mantle / mask combo ( both later on give up ) , it does have that classic comic vibration . However , the look would never , ever be worn by her today . It ’s a token of the past and if that finical lawsuit was ever revisited , it would be a huge mistake . It might not be one of theworst superhero costumes of ever , but it in spades deserves retainer .
