While Captain America has always had super speciality , super swiftness , and a diverseness of other enhanced ability , the heart and soul of him as a character is his morality . Steve Rogers is a good mankind even without his superpowers ; he was jumping on grenades back when he was still a scraggy wannabe soldier . Sam may not have actual superpowers like Steve- or Bucky , for that topic - but he does have the same moral range and the military capability of his case will no doubt act as a significant part in Phase 4 ’s newfangled show .
