Courtney B. Vance : That would have to be Prentice Penny , because we sat down first and talked about it . And I saw his vision was one of , " How can I help ? " I knew that it was going to be a wonderful experience , because with that attitude , we can ride through all the things that go incorrectly on every shoot . There ’s always something that is going to go a slight differently than what you gestate . And he had an attitude of gratitude .
I really require to make a shifting , because the character was say the N parole a lot , and I just did n’t want to do it and did n’t remember it was right . I understood it intellectually and empathize the history of it , but I spoke to him about it and say , " I think if we go down that road , masses wo n’t try the movie . They ’ll just get word the Son . " Why take a chance of people not engaging in your movie over a word of honor ? I get it , you know ? Courtney B. Vance : It depends , of course , on the author and manager . As a parent , you have to have to observe that fine melody . You try that means , but children test their parents because they ’ve flummox ta grow and got ta discover their own way .
But at the same sentence , we always say that the wheel has been devise already . You do n’t need to reinvent it as you ’re doing your originate process . The longer we delay the process of coming together , the longer this pandemic will remain with us . We ’ve got to add up together , and recognize that this is something that ca n’t be deal with unless we follow together .
