Was there anything that surprised you most about this incarnation of Harley when you were read the hand ?
Not specifically reading the hand , because I was on the projection before the playscript was publish , so that form of came together . I guess what ’s always surprised me , or the matter … and I said this when bare Suicide Squad , the first cinema , is that her relationship with Joker always did bedevil me the most . That was the thing that took me the prospicient to get my headland around . In this film though we ’re explore her not being with Joker . And I in reality understand the break - up . That ’s something I feel like everyone can kind of understand and relate to in some ways . Though she deals with – like she blows thing up , I do n’t do that . I translate the motivating that spurred on that train of idea .
devotee of Harley who wish the sound of that separation and reflection have another ground to get delirious , now that the producers confirmHarley Quinn will be the film ’s teller , give birth her own vision of the Joker break - up ( and possibly some of their relationship lead up to it , too ) . Even ifJared Leto ’s Joker wo n’t cameoin any way , his role inthatpart of Harley ’s story wo n’t require him to appear . And all things considered , it ’s hard to indicate thatHarley and Joker ’s split inBirds of Preywill be a chip more worldwide an experience than their Arkham Asylum wooing .
