James Potter
While the Slytherins might have a bragging group of ruffian , the Grynffindors sometimes give them a campaign for their money . Both of these houses have treats that lend towards being chesty and wanting attention , and this can sometimes become bullying behavior .

Sirius Black
Along with his expert friend James , Sirius was also a big bully during his sentence at Hogwarts . Sirius was just as chesty as James was , and it seems like he often had even less remorse . The worst example of bully he ever showed was when he seek to pull the prank on Snape that would have led Snape to Lupin in his werewolf form . This could easily have killed Snape , and this was way too far and really barbarous of him to do .
Dudley Dursley
Dudley Dursley is basically the definition of a schoolyard bully . He was someone who used his size of it and the fact that he had parent who countenance him get away with everything in ordering to maltreat masses more vulnerable than him . For many geezerhood , Harry was his favorite fair game . Dudley would physically bully him . But , it was n’t just Harry , Dudley and his grouping of friends would bully and harass essentially anyone that was weak than them or that they did n’t like . Dudley was definitely one of the biggest jerks in the series , but luckily he seems to have grown out of some of that awful behavior that he was teach by his parents .
Draco Malfoy

Vernon and Petunia Dursley

The tactics that bullies use can be done by people of all old age . Vernon and Petunia were both bullies , and they were also scurrilous . They treated Hary horribly and leave out and verbally abused him from a vernal age . This is especially horrible because they were doing this to a young kid who was leave in their care .
Severus Snape
Severus Snape is one of the biggest bully in the entire series . While he is a bit of a hooligan while he ’s at Hogwarts , he really becomes one when he ’s a prof there . He is one of the worst of all because he take to bully the children that he ’s supposed to be teach . He intimidated and harassed them , and for some reason , he got aside with it . While he ’s somewhat awful to many of his pupil , he especially bullies Neville and Harry .
Dolores Umbridge
Dolores Umbridge is a character that has ballyrag in her soul . She is unfeignedly one of the most vile characters in the entire Harry Potter series , and she is extremely cruel .
She loves to charm and restrain others who she thinks are unaccented or less than her . She swagger her pupil , other well-informed creatures who are n’t humans , and then later on Muggle - borns . She does n’t really care who she is browbeat , she just have it off to be cruel and to hurt other the great unwashed . There is something in truth sadistic about her .
Voldemort
