Marvel Comics has recently released an all - newFalcon and Winter Soldierseries , seeing the former holders of the Captain America name and harbor teaming up to take down what they get word to be a resurgence of the terrorist organization Hydra .

At the beginning of the series , Sam and Bucky determine themselves push up together thanks to a kill police squad that went after Bucky in his own home , and a woman whose went missing and was a part of Sam ’s veteran support group . The two Hero of Alexandria find themselves at the O.F.U , or the Office of Federal Utilities , a secret government organisation tasked with monitoring and tracking terrorist cells across the county . Bucky is in their service , part of his conditional pardon . Once the O.F.U find a jail cell , they send in the Winter Soldier to dish out with them . Sam learns that the adult female he ’s looking for has connectedness with the O.F.U as well . find out a butchery at the federal agency , they go find Bucky ’s handler Veronica who channelize them in the right direction . However they then comeface to face with the Natural , a young teenager who claims to be a superfan of the both of them , while also claiming he vote out all the masses at the O.F.U. He beats up both Sam and Bucky , threatening to kill them next metre they adjoin .
This bring things toFalcon and Winter Soldier # 2,seeing Sam and Bucky following Veronicas ’s lead that Baron Zemo ’s protégé and his forces would be trip on an express train . They find the railroad train , and after campaign through eight car deserving of eager Hyrdra recruits , they obtain a man dress exactly like Baron Zemo , purple mask and all . However , as soon as the man speak , Bucky and Sam recognize it ’s not a protégé at all , but Zemo himself . This is disgraceful not just for Bucky and Sam , but for buff as well . Most character in the Marvel Universe believe the news report that is was thePunisherwho kill Zemo back inPunisher # 16,like Bucky . However , fans bed that Punisher just took Zemo ’s hand . It was Ghost who seemingly decay Zemo on orders from Wilson Fisk just before the Punisher ’s arrival . Now , Zemo himself let on that his last at the hand of Ghost was all planned , so that he could rebuild Hydra in the shadows .
Seeing Zemo alive and behind the scenes is openhanded , identify even more signification to the terror that is Hyrda ’s resurgence . However , while protégé part was fictive , Zemo testify the rest of Veronica ’s information to be dead on target : there is another rival gunning for the role of Hydra Supreme , and the Natural is one of his factor , not Zemo ’s . It will be interesting to see how Bucky and Sam move forward with this new information . Who is the bigger threat ? Zemo , or this deep and unpredictable new rival ? Fans will have to wait and see when the next issue ofFalcon and Winter Soldierreleases .
