The Marvel Cinematic Universe has been produce for so many yr now that it ’s allowed for some truly special friendship to imprint . We ’ve become a sight tight to these characters throughout this time period and we are now able to see just how these relationships function .
However , while there are many friendly relationship that make sense to us and are inspirational in many ways , there are in reality some that show just how nonadaptive these characters are . We ’re wait at the 5 best friendship and the 5 worst based on how the lineament interact with one another .
WORST: ROCKET AND THE GUARDIANS (EXCLUDING GROOT)
rocket engine is quite selfish and reckless in his doings . We ’ve seen across both films that it ’s difficult for him to make admirer . Groot has been with Rocket for a number of years and the two are essentially blood brother . The rest of the Guardians are like family as well .
But , like any family line , they argue a lot ! Their friendly relationship are absolutely blemished and have shin throughout the franchise . Rocket will be the first to allow in that it is often him that damage their relationship . Despite this , they are family unit and will always care for one another .
BEST: CLINT AND NATASHA
We always had a cosmopolitan mind that Clint and Natasha were very close , after the two reminisced about Budapest together . After they ab initio fought it each we control just how well they really understood the other ’s skill . Once we were bring in to Clint ’s family their friendship was solidified .
Natasha was very faithful with Clint ’s family and she ’d distinctly been take over in as one of theirs . Even after face each other during the super paladin Civil War it ’s likely Clint that convinced her to shift . Their sacrificial competitiveness was centre breaking but solidified their dedication to each other .
WORST: TONY AND STEVE
Tony and Steve were always companions rather than true friends . Since 24-hour interval one there was a want of trustfulness between the two . While they certainly value one another and would probably even pass away for each other if the opportunity arose , their friendship is faint although thecrossoverof the two is interesting .
They represent two completely dissimilar ideology and this obviously came to a brush in the Civil War between the two . After this their family relationship was even more fractured . They may have made up before Stark ’s death but it ’s not comparable to other MCU friendly relationship .
BEST: BUCKY, SAM, AND STEVE
Bucky and Steve were the original duet that fought alongside each other as brothers in WWII . After Bucky was seemingly killed in action mechanism it was Sam Wilson that filled that nihility as a ally and brother in the mod world . With Bucky returning this did cause some job .
There ’s a bit of a budding rivalry between Sam and Bucky over their friendship with Steve . The Disney Plus show will acquire this friendship further , but with Sam taking on theshieldit ’s clear Bucky supports this choice with the three respecting each other immensely .
WORST: FOGGY, MATT, AND KAREN
The Netflix show about the man without fear is a shining example of what the MCU could be if it had a gritty edge . It ’s a wild show but some people have had a problem with the friendships at the core of this military action bundle , superhero serial .
The relationship between the three are fundamentally blemished . While Foggy and Matt go way back and all three clearly manage about one another , Matt ’s intervention of the two , peculiarly last season was definitely wrong ( which he admitted to ) .
BEST: TONY, RHODEY, AND HAPPY
Much like Steve , Bucky and Sam , the triad of Tony , Rhodey and Happy are one of the strongest units in the Marvel Cinematic Universe . Ever since the Book of Genesis of the MCU these three have been typeset up as the core relationship that would set the trend for other friendships .
They are fundamentally family , with Happy and Rhodey standing by Stark no matter what he chooses to do . As he ’s enter into this superhero world asIron Man , the two have either suited up or helped to fend for the expansive work further and both are quick to chute into battle for Tony and fortune of the man .
WORST: THOR AND LOKI
Thor and Loki are adopted brothers and have a solid chemical bond . However , Loki ’s nefarious decision have obviously put a serious strain on that family relationship . Thor has made his own friendships on Earth and with the likes of Korg and Valkyrie .
However , Loki has n’t been able to make those same friendships which probably makes him palpate even more separated . When the two are together they bicker , fight and sometimes even stress to kill one another . Thor mourn the loss of Loki but with his imminent return we ’ll be reminded of their fraught friendship .
BEST: CAROL AND MARIA
Carol and Maria matured together in the air force and became good friends . They supported one another throughout their training and their various mission and it was clearly a great loss to Maria and her girl when Carol seemingly croak .
Even after Carol has give back after all this time , her and Maria are still close . She accepted Captain Marvel back into her life and helped to desegregate her back into Earth cultivation . We experience Monica will continue to be part of Carol ’s life and we desire Maria is still around in the MCU .
WORST: THE RUNAWAYS
The Runaways had their show late cancelled on Hulu . The untested stripling were basically thrust together after their parent were revealed to be villains . The kids do n’t always get along though and their friendships are extremely flawed and still un - repaired .
They have had so many conflicts now that it ’s rare to see them completely concur on something . Their arguments revolve around some of the decision that were made and there ’s a lack of trust amongst these ' friends . ' Chase leaving was probably the final blow to the group .
BEST: STEPHEN AND WONG
Stephen Strange and Wong seem like an remaining pairing yet they absolutely work . They bring out the best in each other and clearly have a lot of respect for each other . They are both very talented sorcerer and have crusade side by side many times over the year .
It ’s a dissimilar kind of friendship compared to some of the others on this tilt but there seems to be another grade of companionship here . They clearly live together on Bleaker ’s Street and this brings with it a dissimilar kind of dynamical .
