Flash Forward # 6by Scott Lobdell , Brett Booth , Norm Rapmund and Evan Shaner picks up directly after the end of issue # 5 , as Wally sits with his kids one last timebefore fetch in the Mobius Chairand taking a new role - not as a speedster , but gaining the powers of a New God . While sitting in the death chair will make Wally ’s memories of his married woman Linda and his kids Jai and Iris go away , the multiverse will be healed . Wally agrees to the forfeit – upon the agreement that Jai and Iris will return to his reality . The issue then flashes to Linda , whose memories suddenly set out to reelect . She directly wonders where her kids are , but looks outside to see Jai and Iris have been riposte , good and sound . But the same ca n’t be said for Wally .

Wally fulfil his goal of saving his kids , but accomplish that feat has meant sacrificing everything about himself to become one with the Mobius Chair . He visualise all those who sat on the chairperson before – Batman , Owlman and Metron – as well as some sort of connective to Dr. Manhattan . Those who antecedently sat in the Mobius Chair have observed sentence and place , but Wally claims it ’s a brand Modern 24-hour interval . What that intend for his future as The Flash persist to be visualize … but it ’s certainly just the beginning of an even great level .
DC ’s get big plans for Wally post - Flash Forward , as the now mega overpowered speedster will be the driving force ofGeneration Zero , which will realine DC ’s continuity as they transition into whatever comes next for the comics party . At first , Flash Forward ’s end game appeared to be getting Wally back with Linda , Jai and Iris . While his household is reunited , he now has to take on the role of a new cosmic being in the Mobius Chair as a Modern Dr. Manhattan . Will this new arc end with Wally being reunited with his family ? have ’s trust so . Because if any role should catch a break at this point and not have to sell with the powers of the multiverse , it ’s Wally West . Until then , Generation Zero will explore what comes next for Wally .
