Dauterman : Jonathan and the X - part seemed open to modify up the costumes , so I suggested this look for Jean . The costume is basically her Mahmud Asrar - design X - Men : Red look - I pluck it and changed the colors to fit her current colouration scheme . I love that seem from Red , and want Jean in something modern .
